Chile Mango Margarita
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • 4 oz Mango puree or mix
Blend with ice, pour into Margarita Glass.
Jalapeño Margarita
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • Juice of half Lime
Shake with ice, strain into Margarita Glass (No salt required).
Jalapeño Bloody Maria
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • 4.5 oz Bloody Mary Mix
  • Dash Worchestershire Sauce
  • Dash A-1 Sauce
  • 3 Shakes Celery Salt
Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and our over ice. Garnish with whole or sliced Jalapeño and celery stalk. (For a really, really spicy Bloody Mary add Agave Loco to Major Peters "Works" Bloody Mary Mix).
Jalapeño Sunrise
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar
  • 3 oz. Orange Juice
Mix all ingredients except OJ in a blender. Pour Orange Juice into a glass over ice first then pour Strawberry mix over OJ. do not stir. let the red liquid cascade down the sides and mingle with the Orange Juice as if looking at the sunrise.
The Ring of Fire
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • Splash of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire
Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.
Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • .25 oz Triple Sec
  • Juice of half Lime
  • 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
Blend with ice, pour into Margarita Glass.
Torito The Little Bull
  • .75 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • .75 oz Sangrita Mix
  • Dash Worchestershire Sauce
Shake with ice and pour into shot glass, garnish with Serrano pepper.
Jager Loco
  • .75 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • .75 oz Jagermeister
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Shake with ice and pour into shot glass.
Jalapeño Popper
  • 2 parts Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • 1 part Sprite or 7up
  • Squeeze lime juice
Shake in shaker with ice, strain into shot glass. Before drinking, place hand over shot glass and tap on bartop to activate carbonation.
Sangrita Loco
  • 1.5 oz Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Tomato Juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
Shake with ice and pour. This is better than a premixed Sangrita because there is no vinegar taste from hot sauce in the recipe.
Tequila Pollo Loco
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 5 tablespoons Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
  • 1 tablespoons triple sec
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. (can be prepared 1 day ahead.) Cover and refrigerate. Marinate poultry 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator. Drain (do not pat dry) and grill. Boil remaining marinade in heavy small saucepan 1 minute. Drizzle some of marinade over poultry just before serving. Makes enough to marinate about 1 1/2 pounds of poultry. Any mixture used to marinate raw meat, seafood or poultry must be boiled for 1 minute before using for basting.
Guacamole Loco Adults Only Guac
  • 1 cup of Guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
Prepare Guacamole with any recipe you prefer. For every 1 cup of Guacamole, carefully blend in 1 tablespoon of Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila.
Tequila Italiano
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Marinate poultry 3 hours in refrigerator. Drain (do not pat dry) and grill. Boil remaining marinade in heavy small saucepan 1 minute. Drizzle some of marinade over poultry just before serving. Makes enough to marinate about 1 pound of poultry.
